RCZ Sax Academy
My personal educational project
RCZ Sax Academy is my personal educational project, designed to offer a space for ongoing, personalized and human-centered learning to a small group of committed saxophonists.
Each week, I guide between 15 and 20 students, combining in-person lessons in Brussels with online sessions via our dedicated platform, the “RCZ Sax Academy Platform.” We focus on technique, expression, repertoire, improvisation and artistic mindset, all within a pedagogy that is clear, structured, and supportive.
The academy’s goal is not only to build skilled saxophonists, but also to foster a respectful, creative and growth-minded community.
Throughout the year, we offer:
• Hybrid concerts combining live and online formats
• Outdoor performances in parks and cultural spaces around Brussels
• Shared recordings and personalized feedback
• Repertoire suggestions, study materials and learning strategies
Who is it for?
Anyone, of any age, who:
• Is starting the saxophone or returning to it
• Wants to improve with structure, motivation and a personal touch
• Values continuous support and progressive learning
• Seeks to be part of a respectful and inspiring environment
